ghostscript is available for windows to convert things to postscript.

I have a mostly complete activex dll written in vb6 but I haven't
tested it much yet, it still requires tiff or ps files though.  I am
planning on releasing it under an open license once complete, but I
can share it with someone now that would help improve it.
