Do you have the log of this call? Please check if any information is
traced by hylafax in /var/log/syslog.

If you don't find any message, please add "SessionTracing: 0xfff" and
"ServerTracing: 0xFFF" to any /etc/hylafax/config* file and then restart
hylafax with "invoke-rc.d hylafax restart" command. Send a fax and look
in the syslog file.
