Set your ServerTracing in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config to 0xFFF and 
send another fax.  Then look in your syslog (/var/log/messages) for 
calls to "bin/notify".  You should see the command as-run right there in 
the logs.  cd to /var/spool/hylafax and run that command verbatim from 
the command-line as root and see if you get any error messages on the 
terminal.  If so, then address them.  If not, then run the same command 
with "sh -x " before the "bin/notify" and then send me the output.
