[hylafax-users] Hylafax 5.1.7: How to change fax received notification email format?

Hi all,

I was trying to modify the default email received from faxrcvd as below
(whenever I received a fax).

I searched around but could only find some txt files in
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/templates/en/ which looks like below but are
actually not (they are the remnants of Hylafax 4* which I first
installed).

Does anyone know which file I should modify to get this default email
modified?
