The receiver "rejected" the first transmission of the page and so
HylaFAX resent it. The page was accepted the 2nd time. If the receiver
looks at the pages they'll probably notice that the first copy is more
"messy" than the second copy. That said, if you don't like this
behavior, you can put this in your modem config file:
RTNHandlingMethod: Ignore

This means that the modem dialed but did not "hear" fax signalling at
the receiver. Wrong number, maybe?
