[hylafax-users] Poor quality of outgoing fax, parameters DesiredSpeed & Vres take no effect to sendfax.

Hi,

My fax server hylafax-4.3.2 (FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE + Samba + printfax.pl +
respond.exe) works. The quality of incoming faxes are very good, but the
outgoings are poor. Here are the log messages from
/var/spool/hylafax/log/c000000001:

If I use `sendfax -n -d 8180 test.eml`, the quality is even worse -
sendfax will USE 3.85 line/mm.

And then, I set

Then I restart the computer, run `sendfax -n -d 8180 test.eml`, nothing
changed. All the parameters related to baud rate and vertical resolution
have no effect to sendfax.

Is it possible to send fax at 33600 bit/s and vres = 15.4 line/mm? How to?
