I really need you to set SessionTracing to 0xFFF, retry the fax, and 
then send me the resulting log.  Either the receiver really does not 
have receiving capability, or the DIS signal is being mis-interpreted.  
I can't see the DIS signal with the lower SessionTracing level that you 
currently have in use.
