Hi Raphael, I've never used this modem and can't therefore comment on your specific 'wedging' issue. Setting ServerTracing to 0xfff in the modem config file and posting the logs here is probably the next step that you should make. Maybe someone else on the list who has ISDN experience can help you debug the modem. What I will say is that if this is business critical then think about moving to an analog solution..... in my opinion you will get access to the best fax boards if you are using an analog interface.
