This kind of thing below looks like a modem problem. Can you try a different Class 1 modem? You could also try switching to Class 2.0 ... but USR modems are just not perfect pieces of fax equipment.

Thanks for taking your time to check out the logs I sent you. And as always I am very pleased with hylafax+ and so are my managers. In fact the best part about hylafax is the fax-to-email gateway with pdf attachments. That's hylafax's "killer" feature ;)
by the way, the log stats I sent you... thats the kind of log report I was after, can I do that with the faxaccounting feature? And also.. I am interested in logging the entire history of all the fax callers in a mysql database; could this be somehow integrated in some script of hylafax or am I better off using an external program to analyze xferfaxlog and the c000x log files ?
