Hi,

If the blank page is in the sending PDF, check if a form feed is added
to the file during the conversion to PDF.

If the blank page is only on the printed document on the receiving
side, check the command used to print this fax and you will probably
see an extra form feed there (it might be the default so you would
have to counter act this one with a flag in the printing command).
