Hi Andres, You need a Caller ID service from your Telco and a compatible modem for this to work. If a Caller ID phone works on the line in question, then use Minicom to issue AT commands to your modem to see if it's compatible with your service. The specific AT commands that you require will be contained in the modem user manual. You should get this working with Minicom before attempting to move to HylaFAX.
