[hylafax-users] missing images from pdf

Using hylafax 4.3.0.  I have a pdf I generated from html using html2ps.  (php version)
The pdf looks great and renders fine without error in both adobe reader and ghostview.
When hylafax sends it, it is missing one of the graphic images though.  Two other
graphics appear though.  Any tips on how to troubleshoot?
