V92cap 12ns RAM Mercury Class: 1.0 Receiving problems: We had a problem receiving faxes from a customer who is
using a HP OfficeJet 4315 All-In-One. The error is premature V.34
termination and the problem cab be repeated. Although it says the document was
not received we do get it. Are there any know issues with either the Hylafax 4.3.0, the
mainpine or the HP 4315 that could cause this problem. Sending problem: We've only had this with one number but so far I'm at a loss
as to why it is happening. Every time Hylafax calls this one fax number it
thinks it gets a busy. We can call manually just after Hylafax fails and we get
the fax tone. We can send from a real fax machine and the call goes through.
Since I don't have a Butt Set I can't easily monitor the line so I can hear the
call to see if it's a real busy. Anyone ever seen this? I'll keep checking but
just thought I'd ask. Thanks John Warren Network Operations
