This happens when faxsend gets invoked for a job where there is no fax 
document to transmit.  Check your client.  Check your documents.

Try submitting your job with sendfax and seeing if it doesn't work.  If 
it does, then it's a problem with the client - and that's the most 
common reason for this issue.
