Re: [hylafax-users] How to find mistake?

I recently installed a AVM PCI B1 ISDN card on Suse 10.2.
I installed the following from http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.2/repo/oss/suse/i586/ by downloading to a local folder and using rpm -i to install.
capi4hylafax-4.3.0-25.i586.rpm capi4linux-2006.11.14-6.i586.rpm hylafax-4.3.0-25.i586.rpm hylafax-client-4.3.0-25.i586.rpm Then just rand faxsetupand faxaddmodem and choose the Capi option (this added the faxCapi option for me)That was all that was required for it to work....From below it seems you have hylafax and capi4linux installed already so you just need capi4hylafax.----- Original Message ----- From: "bastian" <hylafax@xxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [hylafax-users] How to find mistake?

Hello,

Suse 10.2
Fritz Card Pci connected to a ISDN point to point connection directly for
testing purposes.
WHFC client on windows 2000

I am new to all this.

1.How can I find my mistake?
2.Is the Fritz Card -used as modem- working or not?
3.Do I have to install a faxCAPI, if yes how?

I post what might be useful.
