Hi Michael, http://www.hylafax.org/content/Handbook:Advanced_Server_Configuration:Caller -ID From this you will see that you need to set two additional parameters (the exact format will depend on your modem and can be found in the modem user manual); CIDNumber: "NMBR=" CIDName: "NAME=" The modem must also answer after a minimum of two rings if you are using a Caller ID system which delivers data between the first and second rings (USA for instance).
