[hylafax-users] FaxDispatch only uses the first 3 MSN's

Hi

I have a odd problem with dispatching faxes to email based on MSN.
My msn numbers are 7200 to 7219 (20 x number)
The first 3 dispatches 100% to the email addresses supplied in the users 
file.
Thereafter it ignores the users list and dispatches 7204 to 7219 to 
faxmaster only.

Any idea what im missing?
