Hi Michele, Italy uses at least three different Caller ID Standards. You will need to match the standards from the ISDN equipment and the modem for this to work. It's the standards at the analog interface that matter NOT at the ISDN interface. If the OP has a standard ISDN line and a modem that support the CID service, I _think_ that all work.
