HI,
MaxDial is clear, it will trigger the faxsend ,fine!!
But I didnt get the meaning of "performing Fax protocol", and
Also, if it MaxTries is set to 3, and Dial to 8, and Suppose 3 attampts
are over, then will I get the notification, or it will keep dialing for
8 time then it will cm.

A dial is a dial - MaxDials refers to the maximum number of times that
the job will trigger faxsend/pagesend to dial the destination number.
A "try" is an attempt at performing fax protocol - MaxTries refers to

Essentially, yes. The notification is based on the job's request for
it, however.
