heloo all.. i solved the problem just i posted earlier.. but now i have another problem... i used hylafax server and avantfax-2.1.7 (in debian etch-laptop)...with hylafax server i can send and receive faxes and i got email notification also..but in avantfax i can send faxes without using cover pages.. and if i use cover page then it shows Array ( ) /usr/bin/sendfax -R -o 'maya' -f 'maya' -x 'Akbar Travels' -y 'calicut' -V '0483' -c 'test fax frm maya' -r 'Test ' -z /var/www/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/tmp/954ab9f9 /var/www/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/tmp/d85d40fdfax0000000010.tif i got the same problem in another machine.. then i reinstalled the hylafax server , then its okk.. nd one more problem.. if i receing or sending a fax, then the modem status show sending/recieng fax.., but after receiving the fax, the faxes are not shown in inbox.. at the time of configuration i followed the steps in http://www.mentalbarcode.com/avantfax-install.php.. i created a symbolik link ln -s /var/www/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/includes/faxrcvd.php /var/spool/hylafax/bin/faxrcvd and ln -s /var/www/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/includes/notify.php /var/spool/hylafax/bin/notify if i run the script cd /var/spool/hylafax; for i in `ls recvq/*`; do /var/spool/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/includes/faxrcvd.php $i ttyS1; done and cd /var/spool/hylafax; for i in `ls sendq/q*`; do /var/spool/avantfax-2.1.7/avantfax/includes/notify.php $i done :30; done then i got the faxes in my inbox and the send faxes to the archieve folder.. actually these to scripts are linked with faxrcvd and notify commands,,, plz help thanks in advance maya ____________________________________________________________________________________ Don't get soaked.
