What command to you need to send to IAXModem to get it to set the calling_party?

Something like:
   AT+VSID=2158258700\nATDT%s@
might work, if IAXModem takes AT+VSID=<number> command.

Or, if IAXModem needs the "","" format, this might work:
  AT+VSID="","2158258700"\nATDT%s@
