I will ask about something similar using an occasion :).
How to configure faxdispatch to send fax on email identifing recipent by device.
I have 5 ttyS and every has got other phone number. 
Should construction like this work ? :
/etc/FaxDispatch
DEVICE=ttyS0
SEDNTO=RECIPENT@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
DEVICE=ttyS1
SEDNTO=RECIPENT@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
.... etc.
