Arnis,

Do you want to use HylaFAX, or mgetty+sendfax?

Look like you are using "sendfax" from mgetty+senfax, but configuring
"HylaFAX".

Pick one or the other.  I would suggest uninstalling mgetty+sendfax and
using HylaFAX, but I'm biased ;-)
