[hylafax-users] Rights for hylafax?

Hylafax is working fine for me, at the end of faxrcvd script i have added a line to print faxes, to copy faxes, to /data/Fax/rec i do a simple cp /data/Fax/rec/$FILE
after to give rights for user to read/write/move on the file i do chmod 777 /data/Fax/rec/$FILE
It worked great till today, i have files copyed to repository but no chmod executed, files have uucp user/group for directories, i am asking myself if /data -R must be set to have a another owner.
Please help me.
