Dennis,

It's possible to put these in the templates for 4.3.1 (and current CVS
soon to be 4.3.2).

They can just be added to the template headers directly:

$SPOOL/etc/templates/en/faxrcvd-success.txt
	From: HylaFAX Agent <$FROMADDR>
	To: $SENDTO
	Subject: Fax received from "$SENDER"
	Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
	Content-Transfer-Encoding: Quoted-Printable
	X-Custom-Sender: $SENDER
	X-Custom-DID: $CALLID1
	X-Custom-CID: $CALLID2

The headers can in any order. You can even use a #INCLUDE to include
headers from some other file.

Is there a reason you want them as x-header instead of just parsing them
out of the e-mail?

a.
