Well, in this case, you could simply move them over to the Ubuntu box, and
run a script there to pick them up and sendfax them to their ultimate
destinations.  If they're already in Postscript and the filenames are
already the destination Fax numbers, I don't understand the point of not
using *nix to accomplish the scripting -- it is its forte, after all --
and you already have a fax client there.

On the other hand, if you're generating the Faxes from a Windows print
driver, then printing to files is an oddly redundant step, when there are
print monitors that will directly submit the resulting Postscript to
HylaFAX without the need for a command line.
