Assuming you have Linux/BSD/*nix clients, then

 

   man sendfax

 

for some good pointers. If you're using Windows clients, then you're talking a different approach. For this you will need one of the M$ compatible clients of which several "free" ones are out there. These clients intercept the print job and redirect it to your HylaFAX server for sending.
