[hylafax-users] Hylafax with winprinter hylafax send fax problem

The configuration for my winprinter is like this:
I select the Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS for driver.

And for port configure is: (Winprinter Hylafax 1.2.6)

-Hylafax server address: 192.168.1.xxx
-Username : root
-Password: the server login in password  (I am not really sure about this,
doea hylafax has its own password to connect ?)
-Default notify : my email address
-Modem: leave it blank (I am using halyfax + iaxmodem, do I need to put
iaxmodem here?)
-Address book directory : C:\Program Files\winprinthylafax
-Page Size is A4

And upon sending the test page to another fax machine through PSTN line, 
The logs error is as below:

And I use CMD 'faxrm -h server ip address -adv id8'  to cancel the job, it
prompts me to key in the password which I don' know what it is.

Please send yourself a fax (make sure the call goes out to the PSTN) and 
let's see the send and receive session logs.

If you can't do this, then let me know.  You can send me a fax (to the USA).
