Hi Andrea, Please keep this in list so that everyone can comment and benefit.... Does your line and modem support distinctive ring ? If they do then I think the 'RING A' response is the problem. Try disabling this feature on the modem (look at the modem manual regarding ATS70) and/or read the HylaFAX documentation relating to this feature.
