That's will do client-side sendfax conversion, which will be needed if
he is using sendfax.

hfaxd/faxq support PCL directly, just like PS and PDF and TIFF.

But sendfax itself doesn't know about PCL.  To make sendfax be able to
submit PCL files directly to hfaxd, TypeRule (util/TypeRules.h) will
need to be extended to handle PCL just as PS, PDF, and TIFF)

But I thought from his initial post (using FTP on port 4559) it sounded
like he wasn't using sendfax, but some other client.

faxq/hfaxd don't use typerules, and explicitly only know about PDF, PS,
TIFF, and PCL.
