Dan,

There should be a "jobtag" variable available to you in the notify
templates.  You can add it as a Header if you want too:

	From: HylFAX Agent <$FROMADDR>
	X-Fax-Jobtag: $jobtag
	Subject: Automated notice for job [$jobid] $jobtag

	This is the notification for FAX job reference $jobtag
	...
