FWIW, I bought the MT5634ZPX PCI card last week and ended up not needing it (I interfaced HylaFAX with Asterisk via IAXmodem and connected it to PSTN via a Linksys/Sipura SPA-400 instead).  If anyone wants it for what I paid for it ($50 including shipping) drop me an email.

Is there an external version of this card perhaps serial or usb?
