[hylafax-users] Fax files not saved correctly

Hi,
I have a problem that happens sometimes, apparently without a rule.
Sometimes I found some fax that cannot be taken from the hylafax ftp server.
Looking at the log files I see many

[ 2026]: RECV received frame number 253
[ 2026]: RECV received frame number 254
[ 2026]: RECV received frame number 255

and then a

[ 2026]: CLOSE /dev/ttyS0

and nothing more.
Nothing about saving the file, session end etc.
The file is set to be readable only by the hylafax user instead of 
having the 666 permissions that I've setup in configuration files.
Some hint about how to find the reason?
