This would be perfect application of JobControl.

You could use jobcontrol to set the ModemDialCmd based on the "owner" of
the job.  Thus, you could map owners to numeric ids, and set the
ModemDialCommand to something like:

	ATDT1234*%s@

Where "1234*" would be the "extra" digits on your phone number.
	ATDT1234*%s@
