HylaFAX. :)

Your distribution should handle this, CUPS is a standard package just
about everywhere.
> - Which SW needed on Laptop to send a IPP-Job?
XP, LINUX, Mac OS/X. They all support IPP.
>From the fax4cups *FRONT PAGE* -
"To send a fax, just print to the printer you created, setting the job
name with the -J option of lpr to the phone number you wish to dial.
Note that otherwise the job name will be the file name. Printing from
systems that do not allow to change the job name requires setting the
manual dialing option."
So it is probably hopeless from an M$ client.
My recommendation is to buy licenses for HylaFSP -
http://www.ifax.com/HylaFSP It is the only HylaFAX client, IMHO, that
doesn't completely suck.

If you mean M$-SQL server then you'll need FreeTDS,
> - On which servers must be installed fax4cups?
The server hosting CUPS.
