1) Is somehow hylafax very sensitive with phone line compared to manual fax machine ?

In Class 1 HylaFAX performs the message protocol, and modern versions of HylaFAX have proven themselves to be as resiliant as fax machines.

As far as noise and such are concerned, any sensitivities to it are usually in the modem DSP itself. Some of the modem DSPs that I've used over the years have been more resiliant than others. Both Lucent/Agere and Rockwell/Conexants have generally been very good.

2) If i see the xferfaxlog file, about 20 % incoming faxes are incomplete or having TCF fault as i said in my earlier mail.

Well, something certainly is wrong.

And i notice few faxes can't pass to hylafax (from certain number, certain company).

The log files would help me understand what it is you're trying to say here.

Do some manual fax machine (from certain type / brand) do not work well with hylafax ? Can you mention some of them ?

I do not know of any fax machine with which HylaFAX has an incompatibility.

Lee.
