Re: [hylafax-users] etc/hosts or etc/hosts.hfaxd

Reviewing the documentation on hylafax.org under client configuration indicates there is a file named hosts that is used to permit client access, yet under my installed hylafax, I find a hosts.hfaxd. Further there is a man page fo rhosts.hfaxd. Which is the proper file to use for this purpose?

Figured out that hosts.hfaxd does work and my entries were not specific enough. Replaced the machine name with the ip of the client and it appears all is well.

Also, I've attempted to set them both up, restarted the fax daemon, and yet when I attempt to send a fax via sendfax from an authorized machine, I am prompted for a password.

Any hints would be appreciated.
