[hylafax-users] modem fails to connect every time

I'm seeing a problem where an incoming fax from a particular number fails everytime.  I don't know the make/model of the remote fax machine yet.  The log file is pasted below.  Any ideas?

 

I am using the t38modem version 0.8.2.
