Sending us the session log file would help us help you.

But what is probably happening is that the receiver is sending an RTN 
signal - which tells us that the recevier rejected the quality of the 
page sent and which causes us to retransmit - but apparently the 
receiver is still printing it out.  See RTNHandlingMethod in 'man 
hylafax-config'.
