[hylafax-users] Date / Time Format on cover pages using /todays-date
Hi all
How can the date / time format be set on a coverpage (a coverpage.ps
file using the dictonary variable /todays-date)?
We use this call:
sendfax -m -C "coversheet.ps" ...
All variables like /to-company or /todays-date are properly used within
our customized coversheet.ps . But the format of /todays-date is always
a long date format including time and timezone. We would like to
customize this format.
There is a script called mkcover in the hylafax/bin/ folder containing
some code to set the value and format of the variable /todays-date
within the PS dictionary.... but it seems that this script is not
executed. Hmmm?
BTW: HylaFAX is an enterprise level, highly sophisticated, extremly
performing and proven fax solution especially for demanding environments
- and the support through this user-list has always been great.
