Hi, I had the same problem. Here what I did: I wrote a small wrapper-script that parses a configfile with settings for each user. So you can do a per user configuration. Then I call the 'c2faxsend' with these options overriding the systemwide config. So I managed that I can override all clientsettings which I don't want users to change.
