Can you see anything that could help me in solving this issue ? I'm sorry but I have no knowledge at all of ISDN protocols :-(
Regards A.

Hello all,
I'm having this issue starting from HylaFax 4.2.5 with Eicon Diva Server BRI card. Every time I submit a fax to the send queue I get the following error
May 31 14:05:33.93: [12101]: SEND FAILED: JOB 228 DEST +390697256048 ERR No carrier detected
I recommend you use Eicon's 'xlog' utility in /usr/lib/eicon/divas to see what's happening at the ISDN level. It's possible your switch is disallowing or otherwise rejecting outbound calls. Combine this with trying to get it to dial your mobile, or a phone near you, and you should be able to learn a lot about what is going on. You may need to involve the telephone company, and a healthy knowledge of ISDN protocols and in particular cause codes would not hurt!
