[hylafax-users] IAXModem + Dial Out failed

Hi, all. I'm using Hylafax + IAXModem to dial my Asterisk server, and for
inbound faxes. Inbound works *amazingly* well, however, I am having a
problem dialling out. Submitting a job sendq always yields:

Your facsimile job to 7023011 failed because:
    No local dialtone

It's logical, because no dialtone will be presented since this is an IAX
transmission. To work around it, I have modified the dial string to:

ModemDialCmd: ATX3DT%s

in the config.ttyIAXXXXX file, however, the problem still persists. Can
anyone illuminate me as to how I can work around this issue? tia
