That's due to a bug in the first RPM package for 4.3.0 which has since been 
corrected. Please upgrade to the new package at:

http://www.hylafax.org/content/Red_Hat_Packages

The new corrected init script may get created as a .rpmnew file in 
/etc/init.d/. If it does, copy it over top of the old one and restart 
HylaFAX.
