This is probably an issue with the web browser configuration settings 
for ftp.  Unfortunately, I can't help you much there.

If you're trying to store the sent fax image into the MySQL database 
then you can do it in FaxNotify (see 'man notify').  If you're trying to 
store received fax images into the MySQL database then you can do it in 
FaxDispatch (see 'man faxrcvd').  If you're trying to store accounting 
information (the stuff that gets stored into xferfaxlog) into the MySQL 
database then you can do it in FaxAccounting.

Right now FaxAccounting is a feature in the code at Sourceforge.  If 
there exists an executable file named etc/FaxAccounting then HylaFAX 
will run that executable with the data fields each as separate parameters.
