Hey folks, We have a recent installation of Hylafax in a receive-only environment that works, but fails to receive faxes from at least two companies. From our end we get "EOT received (end of transmission)" followed by "RECV FAX: RSPREC error/got EOT" which seems like the sending side is saying, "I'm done" except they're not. Am I reading that right? We're investigating the make/model of the sending machines in case that's of any help. One reports that they're using a Xerox machine but is frustrated that this is a problem on our side, and not terribly willing to help out with more details thusfar. Other V.34-Fax (SuperG3) machines do seem to work, but I believe the logs are showing failures so far only with V.34, so I suspect changing to Class 1 would be wise as a temporary workaround. Going to try that shortly. Our setup: CentOS 3.5 HylaFAX version 4.2.3 installed via RPM (hylafax-4.2.3-1rhel3) ISI5634PCI ver 4.28d Class 1.0 Log of a failed transmission: Jan 03 11:09:42.51: [10300]: SESSION BEGIN 000000148 16315551212 Jan 03 11:09:42.51: [10300]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.2.3 Jan 03 11:09:42.51: [10300]: <-- [4:ATA\r] Jan 03 11:09:55.50: [10300]: --> [9:+F34:11,1] Jan 03 11:09:55.50: [10300]: V.8 handshaking succeeded, V.34-Fax (SuperG3) capability enabled.
