[hylafax-users] CID & DTMF

Hi All,

I setup HylaFAX 4.2.3.1 on Debian Sarge with four Zoom PCI 2920 Plus modems. Sending and receiving faxes work great, but I’m trying to capture DTMF tones for routing. I have the modem config files setup according to the instructions. In the log files where the CID and DTMF info should be there is blank quotes. I know the CID info is being passed from the switch because I put a phone with a display on the line, called it and saw the CID info. Does anyone know if I can do this with these modems?

Here is my modem config file:

CountryCode:                1

# CallIDPattern: "DTMF"             # format of AT*DF1

# CallIDAnswerLength:   4                      # four DTMF-DID digits then ATA
