[hylafax-users] Problems with PDF files

Hi,

since some weeks I have more and more problems with PDF-files to send as fax.
I am using hylafax hylafax-4.2.1-1rh3 on a redhat centos server.

5 to 10 percent of PDF-files has only unreadable letters.

The conversion of PDF is included in hylafax, but I cannot find more informations about the conversion. No log-file, no error report or other explications.

How can I find out what happens?

Please, also have a look to the attachment. There you can see the error on pdf-files and an additional error that I know only from fax-machines if the paper is wedged. How is this possible with hylafax? Hylafax has confirmed this fax as "sent".

What can I do to get correct PDF files and prevent the "paper-error".
