[hylafax-users] ERR No carrier detected



Forgive me if this has already been answered, I searched the archives and couldn’t find it though.  I’m getting constant “ERR No Carrier detected” errors from a remote facility running HylaFAX.  I had the modem dial my cell phone to make sure it had a dialtone and that worked, but I can’t seem to get this bad boy to send faxes.  It is a send only environment.  Could it be a problem with the modem itself?  Here is the config file and a sample log file follows:
