So it's up to Silicon Graphics to get shirty and enforce the trademark,
surely? They own the name, not the "community" - let's not fool
ourselves here.
If they don't then it is diluted, lost and iFax are (albeit somewhat
disingenuously) fine.

Also I wanted to point out that HylaFAX appears to be mostly BSD
licensed, so you can't ever really say that someone has "ripped off"
things from it - almost anything is valid under BSD. Shoulda picked GPL
(which would also negate the need for pandering to insane companies who
want to amnesty code in ;)
